EAEU: the Regulation of the Circulation of PharmaceuticalsMaria Borzova, Manager of Life Sciences Projects at VEGAS LEX, spoke about the current status of the Eurasian Economic Union and its most recent initiatives in regard to regulating the pharmaceutical market during a meeting of the AEB Health and Pharmaceuticals Committee on June 5, 2015. She discussed the institutional structure of EAEU, its key regulatory acts relating to the pharmaceutical market, both released and still in the works, as well as parallel imports and intellectual property regulation.
