Head of the Commercial Group at VEGAS LEX, has delivered a report at the National Oil and Gas Forum**, a special project of the Russian Business Week 2015* organized by the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs that closed on March 12. Нe spoke at the session on Petroleum products manufacturing and pricing in modern economic conditions: market mechanisms and social incentives, during the conference on the Russian Market for Petroleum Products Development Prospects amid Growing Oil Prices and Fiscal Burden on the Industry.

Her report was devoted to changes in the Russian legislation and factors that influence the pricing of refined petroleum products, and especially focused on the fourth antimonopoly amendments package.

The participants discussed the market mechanisms and social incentives that can influence the prices on the Russian market, as well as the correlation between the actual retail prices of car fuel and social or tax factors.

The Russian market for refined products is going through a difficult period caused by the general economic situation as well as the growing fiscal burden on the oil industry. At the conference, leading industry experts gave their assessments of the current situation on the petroleum products market and the supply and demand balance there, and offered their medium-term market projections.***
