On March 16 through 20, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) will hold the annual Russian Business Week, supported by the VEGAS LEX law firm as the event’s partner.

During the 8^th Russian Business Week*, representatives of business and government will discuss the country’s tax and financial systems, investment climate, elimination of administrative barriers, the labor market and social investment, and other important issues.

VEGAS LEX will provide support in organizing the following conferences:

§  Maintaining environmental and industrial security amid growing financial burden on businesses (March 17, 2015)

§  Elimination of administrative barriers and optimizing government control as a factor of economic growth recovery (March 17, 2015)

VEGAS LEX experts will also speak at the Annual Tax Conference on bringing capital back from tax havens and tax amnesty: new environment for companies on March 17, and at the conference on strategic goals of the Russian energy sector in the new environment: robustness and growth.

VEGAS LEX Managing Partner Аlexander Sitnikov will take part in the RSPP general conference on March 19.

As before, the Russian Business Week events will gather deputy prime ministers, representatives of the Presidential Executive Office and the Federal Assembly, the heads of major federal ministries and departments, members of the RSPP board as well as leaders of the union’s regional branches and industry associations.

The RBW will feature awards for winners of several nationwide competitions from 2014 – the contest "Russian business leaders: dynamics and responsibility" and the RSPP business journalism competition.
