Personal Data Processing Agreement for www.vegaslex.ru users

I, the subject of personal data, hereinafter referred to as the User, by submitting information through feedback forms (hereinafter referred to as the Forms) on the www.vegaslex.ru website (hereinafter referred to as the Website), hereby give my Consent to the processing of my personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Consent). The Consent is deemed as accepted when the respective field in the Form is checked and the Form submit button on any page of the Website is clicked.

The User gives his/her consent to processing his/her personal data by VEGAS-LEX CIS, CJSC, located at: 52-5 Kosmodamianskaya Embankment, Moscow (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), who owns the Website, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. The Consent is given to processing of personal data both by and without automated tools.
2. The Consent is given to processing of the following personal data of the User, which are specified by the User in the Forms or in the files attached to the Forms:
   1. Last name, first name, middle name;
   2. Position, company;
   3. Phone;
   4. Country;
   5. City;
   6. Areas of interest, services and business focus;
   7. Email address;
   8. Other personal data specified by the User in the Forms or the files attached to the Forms.
3. Purpose of processing personal data:
   1. Replies to enquiries from Users;
   2. Assistance in the User’s work with the Operator’s Website;
   3. Sending analytical materials to Users and notification of Users about forthcoming events organized by the Operator; registration of Users for participation in the above events;
   4. Signing a contract with the User, including an employment contract.
4. While processing personal data, the Operator is entitled to collect, record, classify, accumulate, store, revise (update, amend), retrieve, use, transfer (disclose, submit, make accessible), anonymize, block, delete, destroy personal data of the User.
5. The User’s personal data are not disclosed to third parties, unless they are assignees of the Operator in the event of its reorganization or the personnel responsible for processing of personal data upon the request and on behalf of the Operator. If the User takes part in the events organized by the Operator, the latter has the right to disclose the respective personal data of the Users to the people participating in the organization of the event.
6. The Consent is given by the User for the entire term required by the Operator to achieve the objectives of the processing, however, at least, for 3 years.
7. The Consent can be revoked by the User through sending a written request to the Operator (52-5 Kosmodamianskaya Embankment, Moscow, 115054).
