Dispute with custom authorities is won for REEMTSMA-Volga Tobacco PlantIn January 2005, attorneys from the Firm handled an appeal in the Arbitration Court of Volgograd Province in a lawsuit between Reemstma-Volga Tobacco Plant and the customs authorities. The court dismissed the appeal by the Volgograd Customs Office and affirmed the decision of the trial court, which overturned the decisions of the Southern Customs Administration (Rostov-on-Don) and the Volgograd Customs Office to impose administrative liability on Reemstma-Volga for filing a false customs declaration. |
