On 12 December, 2008, within the scope of the 5^th Jubilee National Forum “mergers& Acquisitions in Russia”, the award ceremony was held for the best PR specialists working in the consulting sphere.  The awards were initiated by the analytical journal “Mergers & Acquisitions” and were based on the results for 2008. 

Vegas Lex, represented by its PR Manager Irina Bulygina, received this honorary award in the category “The Golden Pen: For promoting the subject of public-private partnership”,  which was given by the journal “Mergers & Acquisitions” for Vega Lex’s services as leader in the sphere of public-private partnership, which made a special contribution to development of PPP instruments in Russia and to promotion of this subject in the media.
