Vegas Lex has been appointed official legal adviser to VnesheconombankVegas Lex and Vnesheconombank have signed a cooperation agreement under which legal support will be provided. The potential task list of Vegas Lex is considerably long and the first assignment involves supporting Vnesheconombank in the first infrastructure fund - Macquarie Renaissance Infrastructure Fund (MRIF). Albert Eganyan, Managing Partner of Vegas Lex, noted: “We are happy to contribute to promoting public-private partnership in terms of developing infrastructure projects initiated by the RF Government”. The cooperation agreement became a logical follow-up to the constructive cooperation between Vegas Lex and Vnesheconombank. The Firm has already gained successful experience of direct engagement in the projects implemented together with Vnesheconombank. |
