New appointments at Vegas LexIn the first half of 2010, new appointments were made at the Vegas Lex Law Firm welcoming Marina Zhegulina, Marketing Director, and Natalia Gavrilova, Human Resources Director. Ms Zhegulina is keen to contribute to strengthening the position of Vegas Lex as one of the leaders in the Russia's legal market and has an excellent experience with legal consulting gained at White and Case LLC and Hannes Snellman LLC. At the latter, Marina was in charge of the Marketing Service for Russia focusing on the integration and adaptation of the firm's marketing policy, special events, mass media and business process optimization. Marina Zhegulina, inter alia, organized the Russian National Championship for the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, which is regarded as the most prestigious international law competition held among law students. The priority areas of responsibility assumed by the HR Director of Vegas Lex include the development and systematization of training programmes with involvement of the best external and internal resources, integration of advanced personnel assessment methods and, certainly, a transparent and effective career development system for legal advisers contributing to the recruitment and development of talented professionals in the Firm. Natalia Gavrilova has gained an extensive professional experience with international consulting company McKinsey, where she rose from a secretary to a professional development manager for the Eastern European Office. Proactively responding to the market, the new colleagues joining the Vegas Lex team seek to actively integrate and implement the exclusive marketing and HR plans, including for the purpose of increasing the Firm's efficiency as regards supporting any complex projects for the Firm's clients. |
