VEGAS LEX at a legal seminar in PragueOn 28 April, Prague hosted a seminar focused on legal amendments to Russian legislation organized by a leading audit and consulting firm Deloitte and law firm Havel&Holasek. The event enjoyed an active participation of the representatives of large Czech companies interested in developing business in Russia. Yuriy Bortnikov, Head of the International Projects Group of Vegas Lex, gave a speech on "Pre- and Post-Crisis Russia - Vital Legal Aspects and Opportunities for Foreign Investors". Special attention in his speech was given to the following issues: old instruments and new methods in M&A transactions; acquisition of strategic enterprises by foreign investors; Greenfield investment and judicial practice trends. |
