VADIM KODOL on air with Expert TV channel
November 15 in a live broadcast of Expert TV, Vadim Kodol answered reporters' questions. He discussed a new law, approved by the senators, which will make investigators and judges to pay for their mistakes from their own pocket. He also drew attention to the implications of adopting such a law; in particular, he debated whether the Treasury would receive the right to recover from the law enforcement the money paid by the State as compensation to the victims of investigative mistakes.
