Since its inception in August 2011 and on the initiative of the Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, the Agency of Strategic Initiatives for Promotion of New Projects (ASI) partnered with the law firm VEGAS LEX to receive legal support. In this partnership VEGAS LEX is presented by Alexander Sitnikov, Managing Director, Partner, a member of the working group of the ASI on the analysis of institutional changes.

ASI was established in support of socially significant projects and initiatives of medium-sized businesses, young professional groups in social sphere and occupational mobility. The value of creating the agency is to provide medium-sized businesses with a "direct channel" of communication with the country's leadership to effectively address the key issues.

In this partnership VEGAS LEX provides legal support to both businesses in offering projects and the agency in implementing selected initiatives.
