On February 16, Maxim Grigoriev, Head of the Krasnodar Office of VEGAS LEX, for the first time participated in the Round Table at the Southern Finance Club* and presented his speech "Business Trends in 2012. Management during the change time".

The participants of the event met to discuss a forecast for the world, Russian, and regional economy in the coming year, legal trends and business opportunities during this period from the point of view of representatives of various sectors of the economy.

Maxim told the audience about legal trends in 2012, which may affect the business environment. In particular, they discussed the situation in Russia regarding the introduction of the Federal Contract System and the various positions of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and FAS Russia on the system. He also drew attention to some significant changes in the Civil Code as well as the matter of criminalization for the management of the organizations responsible for using non-market prices and violating the approval rules and procedures for the transactions.

Alexander Polidi, President of the Southern Finance Club, was the moderator of the event.

The format of the meeting was chosen as a live debate: the members and guests of the club shared their predictions, expectations, fears, and strategies in free and informal atmosphere.
