At the extraordinary shareholders' meeting Alexander Sitnikov was elected an independent director to the Board of Directors of the GSK Ugoria.
The Deputy Directors of the Economic Development Department of KhMAD-Ugra Vasiliy Dudnichenko and Sergey Tchernyaev, the Deputy Director of the State Assets Management Department of KhMAD-Ugra Tatyana Miroshnik, the Counsel of the Financial Department Director and Deputy Governor Anna Zakharova, the Head of the Economic Analysis and Audit Division of the State Assets Management Department of KhMAD-Ugra Alexey Lytkin, the deputy of KhMAD-Ugra Duma Alexey Andreev, the General Director of GSK Ugoria Alexey Okhlopkov and an independent director - the Director of the Corporate Finance Department of Gazprombank Dmitriy Borisov also became the members of the Board of Directors.

GSK Ugoria is a state insurance company which was founded in 1997. The only shareholder of the company is Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District-Ugra. At the present time the charter capital of the company amounts to RUR 2.228 billion. The company is authorized to carry out activities related to 18 types of insurance and reinsurance using 92 different rules of insurance.
