On 19 March 2013 the Managing partner of VEGAS LEX Alexander Sitnikov took part in the National Oil and Gas Forum during the Russian Business Week 2013 of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs RSPP (RBW).
Alexander spoke at the second plenary session "On improvement of productive and economic efficiency of the branch: growth points and development of competition". The session was moderated by the Chairman of the Board of the Union of Oil & Gas Producers of Russia Yuriy Shafranik.
