On 21 March in Moscow, law firm VEGAS LEX held a seminar «English-law share sale agreements: a seller`s perspective and the importance of being diligent».
Participants considered such crucial questions as legal and reputational due diligence, the costs of enforcement and minimizing the seller’s risk in the agreement.
Austin Peat, the co-founder of Edward Austin, had become a special guest of the event. Speaking, the expert addressed the issue of ownership in the process of due diligence by the example of his long time practice in Russia.
