Yury Bortnikov, formerly head of International Projects group, has become the firm’s new partner. Formerly senior associate at the Real Estate, Land & Construction Practice, has become the group’s counsel.
This is part of the VEGAS LEX general strategy aimed at facilitating the achievement of the firm’s main goals and strengthening its branches and practices.
Yury Bortnikov focused on supporting large M&A transactions, the creation of joint ventures, international deals, foreign investment, as well as international commercial disputes.
