VEGAS LEX at St. Petersburg International Legal Forum
Yuriy Bortnikov, VEGAS LEX Partner and head of the International Projects Group, was one of the panel speakers at the Defense Strategies for Public Takeover Offers roundtable.
The discussion covered many aspects of hostile takeovers of publicly traded companies.
