  • FAS named the pharmaceutical manufacturers whose drugs have a dominant market position.

  • FAS fined several companies for the word ‘fast.’

  • The telemedicine bill was approved by the Government Commission.

  • The Ministry of Finance proposed keeping the competitive procedures for medical products procurement under Federal Law No. 44-FZ.
