VEGAS LEX discusses legal issues of heat supply during workshop for SIBUR HoldingOn September 29, 2015, Head of Fuel and Energy group Alexander Lavrentyev spoke at a workshop on important legal aspects of heat supply for industrial enterprises in Russia, organized for SIBUR Holding at the training unit of Non-profit Partnership "Market Council." The expert thoroughly described the current legal framework in the field of heating, discussed the main market trends in the industry and the key aspects of price regulation, and cited examples of draft legal acts that may soon come into force. The second part of his presentation was devoted to the requirements, characteristics and essential terms in heating contracts. Particular attention was paid to the payment procedures and contracting rules, including the timeframe, the list of necessary documents and so on.
