The VEGAS LEX law firm continues to win recognition in leading international rankings and ratings.
VEGAS LEX was named in the IFLR1000 Legal Market Overview among notable companies in the Mergers and Acquisitions category. In particular, the guide to the world’s leading law firms cited its successful international deals: “It was involved in some interesting deals this year, most notably working with several Chinese companies and advising on their investments into Russia.” The review also mentioned managing partner Alexander Sitnikov who leads the corporate team, head of International Project Group Yuriy Bortnikov and Project Manager of Corporate Practice Yulia Eremenko.
The company’s performance in Project Finance was praised by its clients who sent their reviews to IFLR: "They are very responsible, if they say they are going to do it tomorrow they will do it." Chairman of the Board of Partners Albert Eganyan and his team were specifically mentioned in this category.
