- Protecting the employers’ interests when hiring or terminating the employment of management staff;
- Reducing staff;
- Consulting on employment of foreign nationals, including highly skilled professionals.
- Support in employment disputes in court and pre-trial resolution of employment conflicts;
- Support in employment termination conflicts, including with top managers;
- Developing a strategy to protect the employer’s interests, analysing the opportunity to bring a suit against the company’s top managers (former top managers);
- Consulting on developing the employer’s line of defence when discussing disputable issues with the employees.
- Preparing in-house regulation of the company governing the issues of the employees’ personal data protection;
- Preparing draft consents of employees to processing of their personal data;
- Analysing the employer’s compliance with personal data legislation, identifying risks and developing practical guidelines;
- Consulting on location of databases containing personal data.
